As a Backend Engineer, you will design, build, and scale APIs for Modulate's conversation intelligence platform, enhancing system performance and reliability while collaborating with product teams.

Manage a portfolio of 5-10 accounts (including enterprise) to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion of Modulate products. Serve as trusted advisor, lead trials/POCs, collaborate with sales/product/engineering, deliver data-driven recommendations and presentations, and ensure excellent customer experience and onboarding.

Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs for a conversation intelligence platform. Collaborate on architecture, ship greenfield and production systems, maintain reliability and performance, debug production issues, mentor engineers, and contribute to frontend work when needed to deliver end-to-end product experiences.

Design, build, deploy, and operate scalable backend APIs that bring ML audio models to market. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, improve system reliability and performance, mentor peers, and establish architectural foundations for growth.
