Teams at Modulate

As a Backend Engineer, you will design, build, and scale APIs for Modulate's conversation intelligence platform, enhancing system performance and reliability while collaborating with product teams.

Manage a portfolio of 5-10 accounts (including enterprise) to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion of Modulate products. Serve as trusted advisor, lead trials/POCs, collaborate with sales/product/engineering, deliver data-driven recommendations and presentations, and ensure excellent customer experience and onboarding.

Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs for a conversation intelligence platform. Collaborate on architecture, ship greenfield and production systems, maintain reliability and performance, debug production issues, mentor engineers, and contribute to frontend work when needed to deliver end-to-end product experiences.
