Provide primary and acute care to skilled nursing facility residents under physician supervision: perform exams, order/interpret tests, treat wounds, manage care plans, discharge/transfer, document per Medicare, and participate in quality improvement and patient education.

Provide direct patient care on acute floor under Charge Nurse direction. Perform assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, document patient status, assist with procedures, supervise LVNs and non‑professional staff, maintain CPR/ACLS/PALS certifications, and follow infection control and narcotics protocols.

Oversee and coordinate Skilled Nursing Facility operations, monitor the Nursing Assistant Training Program, ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance, manage staffing/schedules/payroll, participate in budgeting, training, emergency response, and serve as liaison to the CNO while performing direct patient care as needed.

Provide patient food service and dish duties under supervision: prepare, portion, and deliver meals; operate dish machines; clean and maintain kitchen and storage areas; follow infection control, food handling, and confidentiality policies; assist training and participate in departmental activities.

Provide direct daily care to assigned residents: hygiene, bathing, feeding, vital signs, basic treatments, transfers, specimen collection, charting, emotional support, safety, and teamwork while following facility procedures and maintaining required certifications.

Provide direct patient care in a clinic under physician supervision: perform exams and procedures, order and interpret tests, develop and implement treatment plans, manage acute trauma and minor injuries, perform minor surgeries and procedures, document notes and discharges, counsel patients and families, participate in clinic meetings and research, and maintain certifications and regulatory compliance.

Provide emergency nursing care: triage, assess and stabilize patients, monitor vitals and life-support, administer medications and transfusions, perform IV starts, EKGs, and guide/support staff and families.

Provide direct nursing care to residents under Nursing leadership: assess, document, administer medications, start/maintain IVs, supervise CNAs, communicate with physicians and families, follow infection control, assist with admissions/discharges, and participate in education and meetings.

Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing facility: assess residents, administer medications and IV therapy, perform venipuncture, document care, coordinate with physicians and staff, supervise nurse aides, respond to emergencies, and participate in staff education and care planning.

Provide emergency medical care within EMT scope per NorCal EMS and California protocols; safely drive and maintain ambulances and equipment; document patient care; act as crew leader when needed; participate in training, on-call duties, and maintain required certifications and physical fitness.
