Provide primary and acute care to skilled nursing facility residents under physician supervision: perform exams, order/interpret tests, treat wounds, manage care plans, discharge/transfer, document per Medicare, and participate in quality improvement and patient education.

Provide direct patient care on acute floor under Charge Nurse direction. Perform assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer treatments and medications, document patient status, assist with procedures, supervise LVNs and non‑professional staff, maintain CPR/ACLS/PALS certifications, and follow infection control and narcotics protocols.

Oversee and coordinate Skilled Nursing Facility operations, monitor the Nursing Assistant Training Program, ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance, manage staffing/schedules/payroll, participate in budgeting, training, emergency response, and serve as liaison to the CNO while performing direct patient care as needed.
