Provide emergency nursing care: triage, assess and stabilize patients, monitor vitals and life-support, administer medications and transfusions, perform IV starts, EKGs, and guide/support staff and families.

Oversee and coordinate Skilled Nursing Facility operations, monitor the Nursing Assistant Training Program, ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance, manage staffing/schedules/payroll, participate in budgeting, training, emergency response, and serve as liaison to the CNO while performing direct patient care as needed.

Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing facility: assess residents, administer medications and IV therapy, perform venipuncture, document care, coordinate with physicians and staff, supervise nurse aides, respond to emergencies, and participate in staff education and care planning.
