Leads proposal development and marketing submissions for an AEC engineering firm. Coordinates technical and business development teams, manages schedules and review cycles, edits persuasive content, maintains proposal resources, supports capture planning and CRM updates, and ensures brand and quality standards. The role also coaches technical staff for presentations and interviews, mentors junior proposal personnel, and drives post-submission process improvements.

Performs entry-level highway and roadway design for bridge and transportation projects under senior engineering supervision. Responsibilities include developing plans, specifications, cost estimates, geometric designs, drainage layouts, signage, striping, traffic control plans, feasibility studies, technical reports, quantity take-offs, and CAD details. Coordinates with survey, geotechnical, traffic, and environmental subconsultants; reviews design calculations and drawings; communicates with clients; and supports proposals. Occasional field assignments may be required.

Leads the planning, design, and delivery of highway and transportation infrastructure projects for public agency clients. Manages scopes, schedules, budgets, technical teams, and deliverables; oversees roadway, drainage, pavement, intersection, ADA, signing, marking, and traffic-control designs. Provides technical leadership and mentorship, coordinates multidisciplinary consultants, develops proposals and estimates, supports business development, and serves as a client and stakeholder point of contact. Occasional field investigations and site visits are required.

Supports highway and transportation engineering projects by assisting with roadway design, drainage, pavement design, traffic control, ADA compliance, plans, specifications, cost estimates, field reviews, and data collection. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants while developing technical skills under experienced engineers’ guidance.

The Highway Design Project Manager will lead highway engineering projects, manage project teams, maintain client relationships, ensure quality and technical oversight, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead and manage FDOT highway and bridge-related transportation engineering projects: perform roadway design with Open Road Designer, maintain client relationships, pursue and win work, prepare proposals, manage budgets/schedules, mentor junior staff, review plans and quantity take-offs, and produce project deliverables from concept through post-design.

The Electrical Engineer will lead design projects for electrical control systems, power distribution, and conduct field inspections for movable bridge operations and transportation facilities.
