Teams at Modjeski and Masters

Leads the planning, design, and delivery of highway and transportation infrastructure projects for public agency clients. Manages scopes, schedules, budgets, technical teams, and deliverables; oversees roadway, drainage, pavement, intersection, ADA, signing, marking, and traffic-control designs. Provides technical leadership and mentorship, coordinates multidisciplinary consultants, develops proposals and estimates, supports business development, and serves as a client and stakeholder point of contact. Occasional field investigations and site visits are required.

Supports highway and transportation engineering projects by assisting with roadway design, drainage, pavement design, traffic control, ADA compliance, plans, specifications, cost estimates, field reviews, and data collection. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants while developing technical skills under experienced engineers’ guidance.

The Highway Design Project Manager will lead highway engineering projects, manage project teams, maintain client relationships, ensure quality and technical oversight, and mentor junior engineers.
