Creates and maintains SolidWorks models, tube unbending files, bend data, and production drawings for tube forming and laser operations. Converts customer models and 2D prints, repairs imported geometry, manages revisions in SOLIDWORKS PDM, and supports quoting, production, quality, and first-article activities. Reviews drawings for manufacturability and maintains CAD standards, templates, and revision control while coordinating with engineering and production teams.

Requires manufacturing-process knowledge across welding, roll-forming, stamping, and extrusion molding, plus blueprint interpretation, data analysis, leadership, and Microsoft Office skills.

Provides full employee lifecycle HR support at a manufacturing facility, including recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, leave administration, benefits, payroll and timekeeping support, workers’ compensation, unemployment responses, compliance, and terminations. Maintains confidential personnel records and advises employees and supervisors on HR policies and procedures.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and production systems. Leads Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, continuous improvement, cost reduction, time and motion studies, and process compliance initiatives. Evaluates materials and designs, supports new program launches, analyzes process data, interprets technical drawings, and resolves equipment or system issues. Works hands-on with production teams, management, vendors, and customers in a plant environment.

Quality Engineer responsible for APQP and PPAP documentation, launch support, production quality investigations, corrective actions, customer and supplier quality, audits, and continuous improvement. The role works across manufacturing processes including fabrication, welding, machining, coatings, and assembly while ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, capability studies, inspection planning, quality reporting, and reducing scrap, rework, and customer complaints.

Supports the Controller with month-end and year-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, inventory accounting, cost accounting, depreciation schedules, leases, reporting, audits, and process improvements. Analyzes inventory, labor, and overhead variances; prepares consolidated inventory and sales reports; assists with physical inventories and standard cost rolls. Requires strong Excel skills, accounting knowledge, manufacturing experience, and the ability to work independently during close periods.

The Manufacturing Engineer improves manufacturing processes, systems, efficiency, and compliance through statistical analysis, Lean and Kaizen initiatives, time studies, and cost reduction. The role supports program launches, evaluates materials and equipment, designs tools and machinery, interprets technical drawings, and resolves production or system malfunctions. It requires regular shop-floor collaboration with management, production staff, vendors, and customers in a plant environment.
