Conduct in-home water quality assessments, test water, educate homeowners about treatment options, recommend solutions, inspect installation locations, process orders, coordinate installations, and provide post-sale support. Build customer relationships, manage referrals and appointments, collect payments, and communicate with management and service teams. Paid training is provided, and no prior industry or sales experience is required.

Provides office administration and customer service support by answering inquiries, scheduling sales and installation appointments, coordinating service calendars, maintaining customer records, processing contracts and invoices, managing files and data entry, and resolving customer concerns. The role communicates with customers, sales representatives, installers, technicians, and management in a busy in-office environment.
