Lead end-to-end production of middle school math content: ensure state-standards alignment, design assessments, build accessibility and video production processes, create repeatable production systems, hire and manage cross-functional teams, and partner with engineering/product to deliver packaged, adoptable instructional resources for schools.

Create lessons, specify instructional moves and misconceptions, apply learning science, build scaffolds for struggling students, use AI tools to author content, and partner with product and engineering to ship scalable instructional materials.

Own end-to-end product design for MCP's early-stage education software: map journeys, wireframe and prototype flows, build and maintain a design system, run usability tests, ensure accessibility and classroom constraints are addressed, and bring product design in-house while collaborating with product and engineering.
