Teams at Modern Classrooms Project

Trains and mentors approximately 100 educators in the Modern Classrooms instructional model, providing math training, coaching, feedback, workshops, information sessions, and ongoing outreach. The role builds educator relationships, responds to inquiries, observes classroom practice, coordinates professional learning events, manages administrative tasks, and supports implementation through virtual and in-person engagement. The position is remote in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone and requires up to 50% travel.

Lead backend and generative-AI development: build agentic orchestration and durable AI workflow engines, architect scalable Python/TypeScript backend systems, own agentic coding pipelines and Spec-Driven Development, ship multiple substantial features weekly, collaborate on technical direction, review teammates' work, and ensure reliability, evaluation, and versioned prompt chains for edtech products.
