Prospects and qualifies potential customers through phone, email, and social media outreach; schedules consultations, maintains CRM records, and hands qualified opportunities to account executives. The role focuses on meeting pipeline and KPI targets while participating in sales training and professional development. No prior sales experience is required.

Convert inbound leads into new business by presenting products, guiding prospects through decisions, addressing objections, closing deals, meeting sales quotas, and tracking interactions in CRM systems. The role also involves collaborating with leadership, refining sales strategies, and participating in ongoing training and coaching.

Conduct consultative discovery calls with inbound leads, understand their goals and challenges, recommend appropriate education and business-building programs, address objections, facilitate financing discussions, and close qualified opportunities. Maintain accurate CRM records, document next steps, participate in coaching and call reviews, and continuously improve sales performance through structured training and feedback.
