Directly manage the Product Operations Associate while coordinating with executive, commercial, customer, finance, supplier, and engineering stakeholders.

Prospects and qualifies potential customers through phone, email, and social media outreach; schedules consultations, maintains CRM records, and hands qualified opportunities to account executives. The role focuses on meeting pipeline and KPI targets while participating in sales training and professional development. No prior sales experience is required.
