Partner with founders to drive priority growth initiatives; lead end-to-end growth and marketing projects (GTM, positioning, partnerships, demand generation); own ambiguous, high-stakes projects; build systems, processes, and metrics to align the team; synthesize data, user feedback, and market context into clear, actionable recommendations.

Early-stage growth role owning channel experiments, activation/conversion/monetization funnels, marketing budget and ROI, brand and narrative, influencer/UGC/referral programs, and enterprise customer engagement to create case studies and upsell opportunities.

Build core product features across Python backend and TypeScript frontend, develop a WebGPU-based rendering engine and canvas, architect AI agents for design generation and editing, and maintain evaluation and RL pipelines. Work across product, graphics, and AI, owning end-to-end technical problems and shipping high-quality user-facing product features.

Full-stack new-grad engineer role: ship features across Python backend and TypeScript frontend, optimize a WebGPU real-time rendering engine, work on AI-powered systems (agents, experimentation, evaluation), build internal tools and infrastructure, and take projects end-to-end while rotating across the stack.

Build and improve state-of-the-art agent systems: design RL/RLHF learning pipelines, create custom environments, set up robust evaluation, train smaller task-specific models, leverage open-source text and image models, and help shape technical and hiring strategy alongside founders.
