Founding Growth Lead will define brand, positioning, and go-to-market from scratch. Work with founders across product marketing, content, launches, community, experimentation, and systems to drive discovery, activation, retention, and scalable growth. Own storytelling, messaging, and growth playbook for an early-stage startup.

Lead GTM strategy with founders, design scalable playbooks and CRM workflows, manage customer discovery, onboarding, adoption, expansion, and translate customer insights into product and growth initiatives.

Build core product features across Python backend and TypeScript frontend, develop a WebGPU-based rendering engine and canvas, architect AI agents for design generation and editing, and maintain evaluation and RL pipelines. Work across product, graphics, and AI, owning end-to-end technical problems and shipping high-quality user-facing product features.
