Own Moda’s end-to-end video and visual storytelling, including concepting, filming, editing, publishing, performance learning, and iteration. Create founder and product films, launches, demos, social shorts, and advertising cutdowns across major platforms. Shape a recognizable brand voice and visual identity while contributing hands-on to the company’s creative tools. The role suits an adaptable creator with strong storytelling, distribution instincts, and comfort working in a fast-moving early-stage environment.

Build core product features across Python backend and TypeScript frontend, develop a WebGPU-based rendering engine and canvas, architect AI agents for design generation and editing, and maintain evaluation and RL pipelines. Work across product, graphics, and AI, owning end-to-end technical problems and shipping high-quality user-facing product features.

Founding Growth Lead will define brand, positioning, and go-to-market from scratch. Work with founders across product marketing, content, launches, community, experimentation, and systems to drive discovery, activation, retention, and scalable growth. Own storytelling, messaging, and growth playbook for an early-stage startup.
