Support SAP project management by maintaining JIRA boards, coordinating reports and meetings, tracking resources and documentation, facilitating stakeholder communication, and managing monthly financial reporting for the HR project portfolio. Provide project setup and administrative support, assist project managers and consultants, document workflows using PowerPoint and Visio, and help identify process and change-management requirements.

Lead functional design and configuration for SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI) and Contract Accounts (FICA). Implement, integrate, and support CI/FICA solutions across SOM and CC, manage billing/invoicing processes, billing reversal, AP/AR and dunning, customize CI/FICA events, produce invoice outputs, document solutions, and collaborate with customers and project teams across SAP implementation phases.

Configure and implement SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing and FICA (contract accounts). Design billing/invoicing processes, CI-CC-SOM integrations, billing scheduling, reversals, invoice outputs, AP/AR and dunning. Provide hands-on configuration, functional design, documentation, customer communication, and full-lifecycle SAP implementation support.
