Design, develop, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps solutions for enterprise clients. Build scalable extensions using C# and .NET, connect systems through Azure services, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and APIs, and provide technical guidance, code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversees BambooHR utilization, HR policies, vendor management, and compliance with Pakistan employment practices.

Lead Mobiz's 24×7 NOC operations: oversee monitoring across cloud, network, server, and endpoints; manage incident escalation and MTTA/MTTR targets in ServiceNow; runshift governance, team development, tooling optimization, automation, and client reporting for MSP environments.

Monitor and triage infrastructure alerts across cloud, network, server, and endpoints; own P1/P2 incidents through investigation, escalation, and documentation in ServiceNow; maintain monitoring platforms, perform health checks, support patching and backup validation, author runbooks, and contribute to post-incident reviews and alert tuning.

Lead design, prototyping, and production deployment of scalable Generative AI and ML solutions using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents. Architect cloud-native AI systems on Azure, implement MLOps/CI-CD, optimize models for performance and cost, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI applications.

Manage end-to-end procurement: requisitions, sourcing, purchase orders, vendor selection/onboarding, contract negotiation, PO/invoice tracking, vendor performance monitoring, and cost-saving analysis to support IT hardware, software, cloud and subcontracted services.

Design, implement, and operate enterprise-scale Azure environments using IaC and CI/CD. Manage networking, hybrid connectivity, security, backup/disaster recovery, monitoring, and cost optimization. Automate operations, mentor junior staff, support migrations, and participate in on-call production support.
