Partners with senior leaders across multiple countries to support organizational growth, succession planning, retention, culture, and cross-border workforce needs. Oversees BambooHR utilization, HR policies, vendor management, and compliance with Pakistan employment practices.

Owns recurring transactional accounting, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, payroll allocations, customer profitability reporting, variance analysis, tax support, and audit documentation. Works independently in Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple entities and currencies, maintains accurate dimensional coding, supports compliance, and identifies automation opportunities to improve close efficiency.

Owns recurring transactional accounting, month-end close, journal entries, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, multi-entity intercompany accounting, payroll cost allocations, customer profitability reporting, variance analysis, sales tax compliance, audit support, and process improvement. The role requires hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise, accurate dimensional coding, U.S. GAAP knowledge, and independent ownership of close activities in a fully remote environment.

Own recurring transactional accounting, monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, payroll allocations, customer profitability reporting, variance analysis, tax support, and continuous improvement in Dynamics 365 Business Central. The role requires accurate multi-entity and multi-currency accounting, U.S. GAAP knowledge, sales tax compliance, internal controls, and independent ownership of close activities.

Design, develop, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps solutions for enterprise clients. Build scalable extensions using C# and .NET, connect systems through Azure services, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and APIs, and provide technical guidance, code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
