Leads Mobiz’s regional and global HR functions, including workforce planning, technical recruitment, employee lifecycle operations, performance management, engagement, development, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and HR analytics. Partners with senior leaders across multiple countries to support organizational growth, succession planning, retention, culture, and cross-border workforce needs. Oversees BambooHR utilization, HR policies, vendor management, and compliance with Pakistan employment practices.
