Manages inbound digital leads and client inquiries across multiple channels, routes opportunities to appropriate representatives or locations, and documents activity in Salesforce. Engages clients through chat, text, messaging, and phone; qualifies opportunities, schedules appointments, monitors lead queues, supports reporting, and escalates system issues. Requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Processes wheelchair-accessible vehicle purchases, reviews titles, handles dealer paperwork and payments, provides sellers with required documentation, coordinates vehicle transportation, and updates sellers and staff on pickup and title status. The role requires customer service, communication, independent work, Microsoft Office proficiency, and successful criminal and motor vehicle background checks.

Develops vehicle products and manufacturing solutions from concept through production launch and ongoing improvement. Creates 3D models, assemblies, drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions; builds and tests prototypes; troubleshoots production issues; and improves manufacturing methods, fixtures, layouts, quality, cost, and reliability. Collaborates with production, quality, purchasing, vendors, sales, and customers while supporting mechanical, electrical, and control-system integration. Travel is less than 20%.

Executes product information authoring, enrichment, classification, mapping, validation, migration, and lifecycle maintenance across eCommerce and digital channels. Ensures product data accuracy, completeness, taxonomy compliance, eligibility, and discoverability while supporting assortment expansion, launches, content governance, and cross-functional initiatives. Coordinates with suppliers and internal stakeholders, performs data quality audits, maintains product relationships, and contributes to process improvements and digital customer experience optimization.

Sells commercial vehicles to businesses and organizations by assessing fleet needs, recommending vehicle configurations, conducting demonstrations, managing pricing and financing, and facilitating transactions through delivery. Builds long-term customer relationships, identifies upselling opportunities, researches markets, maintains CRM records, prepares sales forecasts, coordinates with finance and service teams, and ensures required documentation and compliance.
