Supports dealership sales, service, marketing, rental, and administrative operations. Responsibilities include vehicle delivery and title documentation, inventory tracking, CRM updates, customer and BDC lead support, financing and warranty paperwork, accounts receivable, reconciliations, vendor management, rental administration, forecasting assistance, and customer education on adaptive equipment. The role also provides departmental backup and represents the company at occasional trade shows, openings, and vendor trainings.

Supports regional and national F&I managers by managing finance deal intake, funding, contracting, documentation, compliance, records, reporting, and process improvements. Trains store personnel on procedures, validates paperwork, prepares protection contracts, analyzes and presents finance data, and coordinates issue resolution across stores and departments.

Sell commercial shuttle and accessibility vehicle solutions to national fleet management companies. Build C-suite relationships, create nationwide fleet business plans, set sales goals, conduct research, and present via Zoom/PowerPoint to drive retention, growth, and profitability.
