Leads accounts payable operations across multiple entities, managing AP specialists, invoice processing, payment runs, vendor relationships, tax reporting, SOX controls, audits, month-end close, reconciliations, metrics, and process optimization. Partners with Treasury, Procurement, and cross-functional teams on working capital, budgeting, vendor rationalization, acquisitions, system implementations, and standardization.

Own cloud operations governance and compliance across multi-account and multi-subscription environments. Responsibilities include account provisioning and lifecycle management, guardrails, policy-as-code, vulnerability and patch operations, audit evidence, automation, and operational readiness. The role partners with platform, application, IAM, risk, governance, and audit teams while improving cloud standards across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain AWS and Kubernetes cloud platforms. Research technologies, support migrations, build self-service architecture, improve system performance and reliability, and maintain disaster recovery capabilities. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, promote automation and DevSecOps practices, own system uptime and quality, and educate teams on cloud tools and services.

Lead the maturity and optimization of Google SecOps, including detection rules, parsers, data pipelines, log integrations, and platform administration. Develop AI-assisted security workflows, automations, enrichment capabilities, and high-confidence detection content. Partner with Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and Engineering teams to improve alert triage, investigations, response times, data quality, and analyst productivity. Track detection effectiveness and maintain technical documentation.

Design, build, and maintain React applications using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Translate product and UX requirements into reusable frontend code, integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, optimize performance, participate in code reviews, write testable code, and support CI/CD pipelines and AWS cloud-native deployments.

Own and operate the on-premises SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including connectors, workflows, lifecycle events, certifications, roles, and rules. Implement JML provisioning, RBAC/ABAC models, and SoD controls; produce audit evidence and access reports; maintain patching, upgrades, performance, and connector reliability. Document standards, cross-train backups, and support future IGA modernization.

Designs, operates, and secures enterprise and SaaS identity access systems, including SSO, federation, MFA, phishing-resistant authentication, conditional access, authorization policies, workforce and customer identity flows, and secure application onboarding. The role translates security requirements into least-privilege policies, troubleshoots authentication and federation issues, documents changes, and supports audit and resilience evidence.

Designs, builds, and operates identity integrations, connectors, and automated joiner-mover-leaver provisioning pipelines. Maintains Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, and federation infrastructure while ensuring reliability, security, monitoring, patching, incident response, and SLA compliance. Manages identity infrastructure through Git and CI/CD, establishes engineering standards, automates repetitive workflows, supports audit evidence, and evaluates AI-enabled identity automation.

Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for product launches and enhancements. Collaborate with product, sales, campaign, demand generation, and commercial teams to drive awareness and pipeline growth. Create sales enablement materials, translate complex solutions into customer value stories, lead cross-functional initiatives, and manage launch projects. Use customer, market, and performance data to optimize outcomes while supporting enterprise buying cycles and executive, business, and technical audiences.

Lead global intercompany accounting governance, reconciliations, eliminations, settlements, and netting across legal entities. Support monthly and quarterly close, consolidation, multi-currency transactions, FX impacts, transfer pricing coordination, SOX controls, and TSA transitions. Partner with Treasury, Tax, Controllership, FP&A, and Technical Accounting to resolve discrepancies, reduce aging, standardize processes, enhance ERP and consolidation systems, and improve automation.

Leads M&A advisory deal origination, executive relationship coverage, opportunity qualification, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and sector expansion. Builds private equity, investment banking, corporate development, and transaction-participant relationships across the United States and Canada. Establishes sales enablement materials, event and referral strategies, pipeline governance, forecasting, pricing discipline, and recurring commercial operating cadences. Applies deep automotive, mobility, manufacturing, and industrial expertise to buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence engagements.

Leads enterprise transformation programs, including TSA exits, post-spin operational stand-up, M&A integration, divestitures, and strategic initiatives. Establishes and manages the Transformation Management Office, governance, prioritization, executive reporting, issue resolution, and value realization. Coordinates cross-functional work across Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Operations, and Commercial teams while developing repeatable transformation and integration capabilities. Builds and leads a high-performing team and advises executive leadership on enterprise priorities.

Owns general ledger accounting within the U.S. record-to-report function, including journal entries, reconciliations, operating expenses, accruals, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, and month-end close. Ensures U.S. GAAP, SOX, tax, and corporate policy compliance; supports audits, variance analysis, executive reporting, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and accounting process improvements.

Supports sales leadership through forecasting, quota and territory management, CRM governance, performance reporting, incentive plans, and operational analysis. Improves Salesforce adoption, data quality, pipeline accuracy, and dashboard reporting while partnering with Finance, Training, Enablement, and regional sales teams. Develops procedures, drives change management, communicates insights to leadership, and ensures accurate forecasts and sales performance outcomes.

Lead the transformation of legacy products into a unified enterprise platform. Translate strategy into roadmaps, manage backlogs, prioritize cross-functional initiatives, and coordinate Engineering, UX, AI, Data Science, Commercial, and Operations teams. Drive platform discovery, delivery, launch, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Integrate trustworthy AI and data capabilities into customer-facing workflows while influencing senior stakeholders and balancing customer value, commercial goals, technical feasibility, risk, and resources.

Build and support batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines in a cloud-native environment. Develop monitoring dashboards, alerts, data warehouses, data marts, aggregations, metrics, and KPIs. Collaborate with product teams to create complex datasets, data dictionaries, catalogs, documentation, and actionable product insights. Use modern data engineering technologies including Spark, Python, SQL, Airflow, cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

Manage client onboarding, migrations, adoption, training, value reviews, renewals, and upsell support. Build relationships with senior client contacts, educate users on product capabilities, resolve complex issues, monitor usage, document activities in CRM systems, and relay feedback to Product and internal teams. The role also supports process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and customer change management.

Manage client relationships to drive onboarding, product adoption, retention, renewals, and growth. Provide tailored training, monitor usage, conduct value reviews, resolve complex client issues, and communicate feedback to Product and other teams. Maintain account activity in CRM systems, identify upsell opportunities, support process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Leads the company’s global government affairs and public policy strategy across the Americas, Europe, Canada, and potentially APAC. Represents the company before policymakers, regulators, and industry stakeholders; monitors legislative and regulatory developments; develops advocacy strategies and policy materials; manages coalitions, consultants, lobbyists, budgets, and PAC activities; advises senior leadership; and ensures compliance with lobbying, political contribution, and regulatory obligations.
