Provides senior legal counsel on executive compensation, benefits, securities disclosures, corporate governance, compensation committee matters, and board processes. Advises on incentive and equity plans, employment and severance agreements, retirement and health plans, fiduciary matters, regulatory compliance, proxy filings, and shareholder meetings. Partners with executives, HR, the Compensation Committee, and the Deputy General Counsel while independently managing strategic legal initiatives for a publicly traded company.

Assess and manage cybersecurity risks from third parties and security policy exceptions. Review technical controls and assurance evidence, evaluate compensating controls and residual risk, recommend treatments, coordinate approvals, and track remediation. Maintain GRC records, produce risk metrics, identify recurring control gaps, support audits and customer assurance, and improve risk methodologies. The role partners with security, technology, procurement, legal, privacy, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Supports enterprise FP&A forecasting, annual planning, quarterly forecasts, monthly outlooks, and long-range planning. Consolidates and analyzes financial results across business units, explains variances and trends, develops financial models and reporting, and prepares insights for executive leadership and Board materials. Uses Oracle ERP, Oracle EPM, Smart View, and Excel to improve planning, reporting, data quality, and decision support.
