Responsibilities include supporting weddings and events, developing seasonal products, merchandising finished designs, assisting customers with product selection and care, processing flowers, maintaining plant health and studio cleanliness, managing inventory, completing transactions, and supporting workshops and seasonal programs. The role requires physical work, customer service, consultative sales, and weekend and holiday availability.

Creates and processes floral arrangements, follows established designs and recipes, manages flower care, cooler organization, inventory rotation, sanitation, customer orders, and retail service. The role requires efficient production, quality control, seasonal design knowledge, teamwork, flexible scheduling, and occasional backup floral delivery. Designers may support weddings, holidays, events, shipments, inventory counts, cleaning, and customer consultations.

Manages website content, digital and e-commerce operations, marketing execution, project coordination, community program support, and performance reporting. The role maintains website accuracy and functionality, coordinates enhancements with vendors and internal teams, supports product and promotional updates, tracks project deliverables, documents processes, and analyzes website, sales, campaign, and engagement metrics. It also provides administrative and logistical support for approved community initiatives.

Supports a retail floral studio through flower care, inventory handling, cooler organization, floral wrap and arrangement production, cleaning, restocking, and customer service. Helps customers select flowers, provides basic design and care guidance, promotes purchases, and applies paid floral-service charges. Requires basic floral knowledge, strong communication, sales confidence, physical capability, and availability for flexible retail schedules, including weekends and floral holidays.
