Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting and operational efficiency.

Leads strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, procurement activities, supplier performance management, market intelligence, and risk mitigation for energy infrastructure projects. Partners cross-functionally with Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Operations; maintains procurement records and supplier data; and develops sustainable sourcing strategies that improve visibility, resilience, and long-term value.

Leads debt and tax equity financings across renewable energy project lifecycles. Builds and maintains debt and tax equity sizing models, supports strategic financial planning, manages rating agency and lender relationships, and contributes to transaction structuring and negotiations. Partners with investment, business development, M&A, tax, accounting, FP&A, asset management, and legal stakeholders while ensuring financing models reflect transaction, tax, accounting, and underwriting considerations.

Leads enterprise implementation, strategic project delivery, process improvement, and business integration initiatives. Manages project teams, schedules, budgets, risks, stakeholder relationships, change management, and continuous improvement efforts. Oversees system installations, expansions, migrations, and business process implementations while prioritizing project pipelines and allocating resources. Supports M&A integration and applies Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies to improve business outcomes.

Manage and optimize MN8 Energy’s Navan travel and expense platform, providing user support, analyzing global T&E spending, enforcing policy compliance, and improving operational efficiency. The role administers corporate cards, partners with Finance and IT on system controls and reporting, manages vendor relationships, and identifies cost-saving opportunities while safeguarding sensitive financial and employee data.

Manages multi-entity corporate accounting consolidation, intercompany eliminations, close timelines, financial reporting, variance analysis, master data governance, and SOX controls. Serves as a finance subject matter expert for Oracle ERP and EPM systems, supports audits and complex transactions, and partners with cross-functional teams on acquisitions, system implementations, reporting improvements, and finance transformation initiatives.

Leads software product ownership for e-mobility infrastructure, including vendor due diligence, CPMS and eMSP platform integration, API and OCPP implementations, roadmap development, platform customization, testing, QA, technical documentation, RFPs, and deployment support. Collaborates with external vendors and developers to deliver scalable mobile and web applications, resolve defects, and validate system robustness and maintainability.
