Lead daily inter-facility EMS operations, manage and mentor field staff, oversee staffing and fleet readiness, ensure compliance with EMS protocols, monitor performance metrics, handle crisis responses, and drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across teams.

Supervise EMS operations and provide direct pre-hospital and inter-facility patient care. Manage training, documentation (PCRs, vehicle inspections), equipment maintenance, station upkeep, and ensure policy adherence. Lead and mentor personnel, assist recruiting via ATS, attend continuing education, and operate emergency vehicles safely.

Provide basic life support and patient care during ambulance transports, operate and maintain emergency vehicles and equipment, document care in charting system, restock supplies, follow company and local protocols, and support colleagues and dispatch communication.
