Manage close processes, prepare GAAP financial statements, maintain controls, coordinate audits, support openings/acquisitions, drive process improvements, and mentor the accounting team.

Lead on-property HR for a luxury hotel, managing union and non-union labor relations, onboarding, compliance, HRIS administration, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. Handle grievances, CBA interpretation, audits, reporting, and support culture and special HR projects.
