Support the Director of Rooms by overseeing Front Desk and Housekeeping operations, serving as Manager on Duty as needed, responding to guest issues and ALICE requests, managing scheduling, training and mentoring staff, inspecting rooms and public areas, coordinating cross-department communication, and ensuring service standards and guest recovery are executed to luxury-hotel expectations.

Lead cocktail identity and menu development across MML properties. Create concept-driven recipes, manage costing and inventory, implement garnish and presentation standards, partner with procurement and operations, support training and rollouts, and monitor beverage performance for optimization.

Design and produce print, digital, and environmental brand assets for restaurants, hotels, and retail. Maintain multi-brand systems, prepare production-ready files, coordinate with printers and fabricators, develop pre-opening mockups, manage asset libraries, and collaborate with marketing, web, operations, and leadership to ensure consistent experiential branding.
