Build pipeline, maintain CRM records, position CPaaS messaging solutions, collaborate on onboarding, attend regional events, provide market intelligence, and meet revenue targets.

Own new-business acquisition and account growth across EMEA for CPaaS solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, prospecting, demos, consultative selling, negotiation, closing, pipeline forecasting, and quota attainment. Build relationships with marketing, CX, and IT decision-makers, maintain CRM data, monitor messaging regulations and competitors, and collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product on onboarding and upsell opportunities.
