Lead the company's social strategy and paid social campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Manage creators, run A/B tests, optimise CAC and campaign performance, produce and publish organic content, monitor analytics, and lead creative product launch campaigns.

Lead internal IT operations for a remote-first fintech team: manage Google Workspace and MDM, handle device procurement/logistics, support onboarding/offboarding and endpoint security, maintain compliance documentation for SOC/ISO frameworks, manage vendors, and provide international technical support and AI tooling integrations.
