Manage daily theatre operations including opening/closing, staff supervision and training, guest issue resolution, projection and image/sound management, facilities maintenance, inventory and budget oversight, and ensuring safety and operational standards.

Serve as primary contact between Corporate MJR and theatres to support ITS programs, training, inventory and budget management, vendor liaison, content distribution, and meeting coordination while spending up to 40% of time working hands-on in theatres.
