Manages daily theatre operations and serves as Manager on Duty, overseeing shifts, employees, guest service, safety, inventory, labor, and financial performance. Leads in-theatre sales activities including concessions and bar inventory, ordering, merchandising, menu accuracy, food safety, promotions, and cost management. Trains and supports employees, resolves guest concerns, coordinates with leadership and support teams, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Manages daily theatre operations, including opening and closing, employee supervision, training, scheduling, guest service recovery, safety, and financial controls. Oversees projection systems, content scheduling, screen audits, equipment maintenance, and image and sound budgets. Coordinates facility repairs, inspections, supplies, vendors, security, cleaning, and maintenance work orders while supporting a safe, efficient, and guest-focused theatre environment.
