Manage and grow national hospitality accounts by developing sales strategies, expanding relationships, identifying new business, negotiating contracts, forecasting revenue, and promoting commercial furniture solutions. The role involves account management, pipeline development, CRM usage, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, trade-show representation, and regular travel for customer meetings and industry events.

Leads global supply chain strategy, sourcing, procurement, inventory management, demand planning, logistics, warehouse operations, supplier relationships, cost reduction, and quality initiatives. Oversees supplier negotiations and performance, analyzes data to improve efficiency, develops supply chain teams, and partners with Finance, Operations, and Production to support manufacturing growth.

Coordinates international and domestic shipments from factories to warehouses and customers. Responsibilities include obtaining freight quotes, tracking shipments, scheduling pickups and deliveries, managing purchase and transfer orders in an ERP system, communicating with logistics partners, resolving transportation and documentation issues, processing returns and freight claims, and supporting warehouse activities and process improvement projects.
