Administer benefits, biweekly payroll, employee leave programs, HRIS records, and HR and benefits invoicing. Serve as a resource for employees and leaders, prepare HR reports, manage communications and engagement initiatives, and support policies, HR projects, and process improvements while maintaining confidential information accurately.

Own marketing project management processes and operational execution across campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and promotional initiatives. Establish workflows, templates, priorities, timelines, budgets, and accountability systems; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; manage tasks, dependencies, risks, and communications; and serve as the project management platform super user. Drive follow-through, process adoption, continuous improvement, and timely resolution of bottlenecks while reporting progress to marketing leadership.

Lead brand strategy and integrated multi-channel marketing for MITY’s commercial furniture portfolio. Develop campaigns, content, social calendars, sales enablement materials, dealer and distributor co-marketing, and national account marketing. Analyze campaign performance, conduct market research, ensure brand consistency, and present results to leadership. The role supports demand generation, customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth across multiple commercial markets.
