International Logistics Coordinator
Pay Range: $27–$30/Hour

About the Role
We’re looking for an International Logistics Coordinator who enjoys keeping shipments moving, solving problems, and coordinating across multiple teams and partners.
This role supports both international and domestic logistics, with a strong focus on coordinating shipments from factories to warehouses and customers. The International Logistics Coordinator will work closely with Sales, Purchasing, factories, freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams to provide freight quotes, track shipments, coordinate pickups and deliveries, and help resolve transportation issues.
The right person will be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple shipments and priorities at the same time.
What You’ll Own and Support
- Coordinate international shipments from factories to warehouses and customers.
- Work closely with international sales, purchasing, factories, freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams.
- Prepare international and domestic freight quotes.
- Monitor containers and shipments in transit and communicate updates, delays, and changes to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate purchase orders, transfer orders, and other shipment activity within the ERP system.
- Communicate with factories regarding upcoming shipments and transportation needs.
- Schedule freight pickups and support shipping and receiving activities as needed.
- Coordinate return shipments and process SROs.
- Manage freight claims related to damaged products.
- Help resolve shipment, delivery, freight, and documentation issues.
- Serve as backup to the Logistics Team Lead as needed.
- Support logistics process improvements and other transportation-related projects.
- Assist with other Warehouse responsibilities as needed.
What Will Help You Succeed
You’ll be successful in this role if you have experience owning logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain coordination and are comfortable working with multiple internal teams and outside partners.
Experience with international shipping, freight forwarding, shipment tracking, freight quoting, and ERP systems is preferred. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, pays close attention to detail, and can quickly adjust when shipping plans change or problems arise.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment will be important in this role.
