Entry-level sales position supporting capital equipment sales: develop product and sales knowledge, assist sales team, engage end-users and distributors, coordinate territory events and campaigns, and participate in training to progress into a Sales Representative role.

The Sales Support Coordinator manages product information flow, coordinates with departments, prepares reports, and supports sales events, focusing on process efficiency and communication.

Provide technical support for precision measuring instruments and related software to internal teams and end users. Review product specs and changes, coordinate technical inquiries and recalls, support QA and compliance (ECCN, FDA), and assist sales/field service. Participate in product meetings and research competitor specifications.

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Mitutoyo software, document and replicate customer issues, collaborate with developers to resolve defects, test updates, create and maintain user guides and knowledge base content, assist sales and demos, mentor junior support staff, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and customer experience.

Manage and grow distributor relationships and market share by delivering training, incentive programs, sales tools, and promotional activities; coordinate events and communications; evaluate distributor performance and implement corrective actions; maintain CRM records; travel extensively (up to 75%) to support distributor and customer engagement.

Provide application support for metrology products by analyzing customer needs, recommending software solutions, conducting demonstrations and training, troubleshooting software/application issues, supporting sales and distributors, maintaining CRM records, and representing the company at trade shows and industry events.

Manage and optimize HubSpot and the marketing tech stack. Build CRM workflows, lead scoring, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and automated journeys. Maintain CRM data integrity, reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Analyze marketing and sales data, support personalization and digital initiatives, train users, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and drive growth.

The Sales Developer will assist in managing customer accounts, demonstrate products, support sales activities, and train customers and distributors while learning about precision measurement tools.
