Manage accounts receivable billing: analyze completed jobs and costs, prepare and process accurate invoices, monitor unbilled jobs, input invoice details into accounting systems, maintain billing records, communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues, and assist with basic accounting clerical tasks.

Support the Press Department by stacking, bundling, and packing printed products; stage and operate stacker and assist with press make-ready tasks (cleaning, changing ink, mounting plates/blankets); check print quality; maintain press areas and supplies; follow written and verbal instructions and lift up to 50 lbs.

Prepare and import customer data into mailing software to create presorted business mail, follow USPS regulations, produce postage estimates and postage statements, maintain internal documentation, coordinate with production departments and USPS, and complete presort jobs accurately.

Support press operations by staging and loading materials, jogging and palletizing printed products, checking print quality, assisting with make-ready tasks (cleaning, changing ink, mounting plates/blankets), packing boxes per load tickets, and maintaining a clean, stocked press area while following safety and communication protocols.

Engineer and document end-to-end collectible card production workflows from printing through pack-out. Develop printing and finishing specifications, optimize processes, analyze production data, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with estimating to set pricing and templates.

Assist press department by stacking, bundling, and packing printed products; support press operations during make-ready and cleanup; check quality, maintain press areas, and perform other in-line finishing tasks as assigned.

Lead and manage collation operations to ensure trading cards and inserts are accurately sorted, sequenced, and packed. Oversee automated and manual processes, conduct quality inspections, troubleshoot equipment, manage inventory and production records, train staff, enforce safety, and collaborate with QA and production teams to meet schedules and quality targets.

Lead and manage the press department (web offset and sheetfed), develop supervisors and crews, optimize production and maintenance collaboration, drive safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement to meet customer specifications and on-time delivery.

Produce design work across short- and long-term projects, collaborate with senior designers and teams, manage approvals, ensure quality, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining current design trends.

Assist press crew by stacking, bundling, and packing printed products; help operate and maintain web-fed offset presses; perform in-line finishing, quality checks, make-ready support, and general press area upkeep.
