Provides clerical and administrative support for daily office operations, leadership, accounting, sales, and service teams. Responsibilities include managing calls, vendors, supplies, files, mail, packages, and print-project job entry. May eventually manage smaller customer accounts. Requires independent planning, confidentiality, strong communication, office software proficiency, and two to three years of office experience.

Coordinates creative projects from briefing through delivery, managing schedules, resources, budgets, timelines, workflows, communications, and quality assurance. Serves as the liaison between creative teams, departments, and clients while maintaining project documentation and relationships. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills, plus experience in marketing, advertising, or design environments. The role is fully onsite in Charlotte, with variable hours and some travel.

Manage trading card projects from planning through delivery, coordinating timelines, tasks, production schedules, inventory, approvals, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Track progress, risks, documentation, and status updates while ensuring materials, artwork, packaging, and data are accurate and delivered on time. The role also supports process improvements and operational efficiency in office, warehouse, and production environments.
