Supervise press manufacturing operations, ensuring production efficiency, product quality, safety, and compliance. Lead recruiting, training, scheduling, performance management, and staffing. Review printed materials, monitor press speed, waste, labor, downtime, and production records, and coordinate with prepress, postpress, scheduling, and maintenance teams. The role requires work in office and production environments, including lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to noise, dust, vapors, chemicals, and odors.

Coordinate daily print production schedules, job tickets, electronic files, customer samples, quality inspections, and job progress. Communicate with management, project management, client services, manufacturing, and IT teams. Support press and finishing systems, troubleshoot errors, maintain quality standards, and assist with workplace safety programs, inspections, and compliance initiatives.

Manage client print projects from specifications through delivery, coordinating estimating, prepress, pressroom, bindery, fulfillment, and other production teams. Maintain client relationships, resolve issues, monitor timelines and quality, document changes for billing, and identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional print and fulfillment services.
