Lead and manage the press department (web offset and sheetfed), develop supervisors and crews, optimize production and maintenance collaboration, drive safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement to meet customer specifications and on-time delivery.

Produce design work across short- and long-term projects, collaborate with senior designers and teams, manage approvals, ensure quality, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining current design trends.

Prepare and process customer invoices by analyzing completed production jobs, verifying costs, inputting data into accounting systems, maintaining receivables records, resolving billing questions with customers and internal teams, and performing related clerical accounting duties.
