Manages HR strategy and employee relations, including recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, investigations, performance management, compliance, learning and development, and succession planning. Partners with business leaders and corporate HR to implement policies, support workforce planning, resolve sensitive issues, and promote a safe workplace. This is an on-site role supporting a manufacturing facility.

Supports daily HR and workplace safety operations at a manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include maintaining personnel records, assisting with recruiting and onboarding, supporting payroll and employee training, coordinating engagement events and communications, managing the local Facebook page, maintaining safety records, assisting with incident investigations, supporting safety committees, and helping ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance.

Manage trading card projects from planning through delivery, coordinating timelines, tasks, production schedules, inventory, approvals, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Track progress, risks, documentation, and status updates while ensuring materials, artwork, packaging, and data are accurate and delivered on time. The role also supports process improvements and operational efficiency in office, warehouse, and production environments.
