Oversee all production and service operations for the plant, including staffing, scheduling, maintenance, quality, safety, inventory, budgeting, and customer visits; recommend equipment/procedure improvements, lead supervisors, enforce policies, and drive efficient, on-time manufacturing.

Supervise press operations and teams to meet production schedules and quality standards. Recruit, train, evaluate, and discipline staff; coordinate with prepress/postpress and scheduling; monitor press performance, waste, maintenance, and records; enforce safety and environmental policies; rotate between day and night 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Assist press crew with stacking, bundling, packing, and basic press support tasks. Perform quality checks, stage equipment, help during make-ready (cleaning, changing ink, mounting plates), maintain press areas, and follow safety and production procedures.
