Own the product strategy and delivery for workforce compliance products, including handbooks, compliance learning, multi-state jurisdiction management, and onboarding workflows. Lead customer discovery, define product requirements and success metrics, prioritize roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, design, data science, compliance experts, partners, and go-to-market teams. Shape AI-assisted experiences with human review, support API and partner integrations, and drive adoption and measurable customer outcomes.

Generates awareness and schedules product demonstrations through high-volume outbound calling. Supports customer onboarding by coordinating setup, provisioning, partner portal configuration, bulk uploads, and administrative changes. Maintains Salesforce and internal records, tracks KPIs, communicates product feedback, and collaborates with Customer Success, Account Management, Support, Product, Marketing, and Advisory Services teams.

Owns month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, GL schedules, account reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit support. The role also supports M&A integration, technical accounting, policy maintenance, process improvement, internal controls, and ad hoc reporting across a multi-entity structure.
