Implement and configure Trakstar Perform, Learn, and Hire for SMB and enterprise clients. Consult on requirements, lead solution architecture, validate and migrate data, manage client meetings, resolve product issues, document best practices, train staff, assist support and UAT activities.

Own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts to achieve net revenue retention and expansion. Build account plans, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, negotiate renewals and price increases, forecast revenue, run quarterly business reviews, handle customer inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer success.

Lead end-to-end data transformation and migration for post-merger integrations into Salesforce and NetSuite. Analyze, clean, and map complex source data, ensure GAAP-compliant revenue recognition, validate and reconcile post-migration data, and collaborate with cross-functional accounting, sales, and systems teams to resolve issues and support testing and process improvements.
