Lead and scale a global Talent Acquisition function across regions, build and mentor multi-regional teams, drive process optimization and AI/automation adoption, own ATS strategy (e.g., Greenhouse), develop TA analytics and DEIB recruiting strategy, partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning, and perform senior full-cycle recruiting as needed.

Manage and retain enterprise customer accounts, build account plans, drive renewals and expansion, conduct quarterly business reviews, forecast retention and new revenue, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Manage and optimize multi-channel paid digital programs (search, social, display, programmatic retargeting) to drive pipeline for the GRC portfolio. Build and test creative, audiences, and landing pages; ensure accurate tracking and reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce; support organic social and collaborate with global revenue and content teams. Monitor AI-driven search trends and present performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
