Volunteer math tutors mentor San Francisco Mission District high school students one hour weekly (Jan–May), supporting statistics, algebra, Algebra II, pre-calculus and AP calculus skills; attend orientation and provide TB test proof.

Volunteer one-on-one writing mentor for incoming high school seniors to support college application personal insight questions (PIQs). Participate in a June personal statement workshop and provide weekly 1-hour mentorship at the College Connect Office across an 11–12 month commitment (June 2024–May 2025).

Lead institutional fundraising strategy and manage a 25-30 funder portfolio to secure $2M+ annually. Write proposals and reports, cultivate funder relationships, maintain grants tracking in Salesforce, collaborate with leadership and program/finance teams, and ensure compliance with funder requirements.

Volunteer in-person at Mission Graduates' Extended Day Program and Beacon sites to support K-12 students. Provide elementary and middle-school tutoring, ESL and Spanish tutoring, and general site support to help students succeed academically and prepare for college.

Lead and build the Everett Beacon afterschool program, providing strategic direction, program development, evaluation, budgeting, compliance, and staff supervision. Manage partnerships with school, parents, and community organizations, ensure attendance and outcomes, prepare funder reports and contracts, and support professional development and site-wide alignment across Extended Day Program sites.

Coordinate and deliver a college access program serving first-generation high school students: run workshops, provide one-on-one college and financial aid counseling, manage volunteers and an AmeriCorps member, track student data for grants, organize trips and summer programs, and cultivate relationships with schools, colleges, and community partners.
