Teams at Mission Graduates

Manages a high school internship and work-based learning program for grades 9–12. Responsibilities include delivering career-readiness programming, developing and maintaining employer partnerships, placing and coaching students, overseeing stipends and records, coordinating referrals and barrier-removal support, collecting outcome data, and collaborating with school staff, families, community organizations, and hiring agencies. The role also conducts outreach, presents program opportunities, and supports student selection and summer programming.

Volunteer math tutors mentor San Francisco Mission District high school students one hour weekly (Jan–May), supporting statistics, algebra, Algebra II, pre-calculus and AP calculus skills; attend orientation and provide TB test proof.

Volunteer one-on-one writing mentor for incoming high school seniors to support college application personal insight questions (PIQs). Participate in a June personal statement workshop and provide weekly 1-hour mentorship at the College Connect Office across an 11–12 month commitment (June 2024–May 2025).
