The Facilitator 3 position involves facilitating restorative justice processes, developing curricula, training new facilitators, and ensuring safety and effective group dynamics. Responsibilities include managing groups, mentoring, tracking participant progress, and fostering a supportive environment.

The Facilitator 2 will lead and manage restorative justice processes within the Healing Pathways program, focusing on facilitating dialogues and group interactions for healing, while also mentoring apprentice facilitators.

Lead day-to-day operations and financial management for a national nonprofit: build systems, oversee accounting and compliance, manage multi-fund budgets and grants, run national event logistics, supervise vendor/contracts/payroll coordination, and translate financial reports for leadership and board. Support HR administration and strengthen affiliates' operational capacity. Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Manage daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, oversee nonprofit fund accounting and grant compliance, coordinate audits (including Single Audit), develop controls and policies, support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, and collaborate on fundraising and training for CDFI-focused programs.

Unpaid fall internship (Aug 31–Nov 27, 2026) at Includ(Ed) in San Diego. College students or pre-professionals in OT, PT, Speech, Music Therapy, Early Childhood or Special Education will support inclusive, play-based classrooms, assist with individual and small-group interventions, create classroom materials, observe therapy sessions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while paired with a mentor. Minimum 12 hrs/week, flexible scheduling; letter of recommendation available upon completion.

Provide trauma-informed, respectful shelter supervision and client support; ensure safety via rounds and camera monitoring; prepare and clean rooms; document incidents and communicate with staff; de-escalate conflicts; foster community relationships and support client progress.

Provide full-service HR support to nonprofit and small-business clients, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance with California and federal employment laws, HRIS/payroll management, employee relations, training, and HR project implementation. Serve multiple clients in a hybrid role with onsite client visits and office collaboration.
