Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including timecards, mileage, per diem, overtime, travel pay, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements. Maintain compliant payroll records, audit documentation, reconcile discrepancies, answer employee inquiries, coordinate with HR on employee changes, prepare reports, and support year-end W-2 and payroll reporting. The role requires strong Excel skills, confidentiality, accuracy, deadline management, and occasional travel for training or site visits.

Coordinates onboarding, pre-employment screenings, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, HRIS data entry, personnel actions, employee recordkeeping, payroll-related updates, HR inquiries, audits, and administrative support. Requires bilingual English and Spanish proficiency, strong organization, confidentiality, attention to detail, and customer service skills. This is an in-office Dallas role with occasional travel up to 25%.
