Support the Project Manager by managing project documentation, scheduling, budget subsets, material expediting, RFIs/submittals, inspections, quality assurance, meeting minutes, and closeout tasks while coordinating field operations and maintaining organized project files.

Support the Project Manager by managing project documentation, scheduling, material coordination, budget subsets, inspections, and closeout tasks. Track deliverables, prepare meeting minutes/reports, assist QA, and flag delays while developing toward a Project Manager role.

Provide hands-on field safety support for data center and mission-critical interior construction. Assist with inspections, observations, training logistics, pre-task planning, incident response, documentation, and regulatory compliance under the HSE Lead; authority to stop work for imminent hazards.

Manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, and project records; maintain document control; coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors; track procurement, schedule updates, deliveries, and support field operations with regular site visits.

Monitor jobsite safety around scissor lifts and contractors, identify and remove hazards and obstructions, control traffic and guide equipment, keep visible to operators, clean work areas, perform assigned trade-related tasks, and work weekends or overtime as needed.

Support project management and field operations by owning submittals, RFIs, drawing and document control, tracking procurement and schedule updates, coordinating deliveries and micro-scheduling, visiting job sites, and assisting superintendents and assistant project managers.

Support project technical management by owning submittals, RFIs, drawing and document control, coordinating with superintendents and subs, tracking procurement and schedule, visiting job sites, and assisting daily project operations.
