Coordinates construction-material transportation, shipment tracking, warehouse inventory, purchase orders, transfers, and logistics documentation. Serves as the primary liaison among warehouses, job sites, carriers, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams. Supports dispatch, route planning, driver coordination, replenishment, compliance, reporting, billing documentation, and issue resolution. The role helps maintain material availability, prevent project delays, control costs, and improve logistics processes across multiple project locations.

Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including timecards, mileage, per diem, overtime, travel pay, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements. Maintain compliant payroll records, audit documentation, reconcile discrepancies, answer employee inquiries, coordinate with HR on employee changes, prepare reports, and support year-end W-2 and payroll reporting. The role requires strong Excel skills, confidentiality, accuracy, deadline management, and occasional travel for training or site visits.

Coordinates onboarding, pre-employment screenings, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, HRIS data entry, personnel actions, employee recordkeeping, payroll-related updates, HR inquiries, audits, and administrative support. Partners with hiring managers, Payroll, Finance, IT, facilities, and security teams to support the employee lifecycle. Requires bilingual English and Spanish proficiency, strong organization, confidentiality, attention to detail, and customer service skills. This is an in-office Dallas role with occasional travel up to 25%.
