Manages accounts receivable activities, including AIA billing application review, invoice creation, payment posting, account reconciliation, collections, customer communication, and billing issue resolution. Partners with operations and finance teams to track and forecast billings, maintain accurate records, support month-end close and audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This is a three-month, fully in-office contract position in Dallas with potential conversion to permanent employment.

Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including timecards, mileage, per diem, overtime, travel pay, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements. Maintain compliant payroll records, audit documentation, reconcile discrepancies, answer employee inquiries, coordinate with HR on employee changes, prepare reports, and support year-end W-2 and payroll reporting. The role requires strong Excel skills, confidentiality, accuracy, deadline management, and occasional travel for training or site visits.
