Leads end-to-end change management for organisational projects and transformation programs. Responsibilities include impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, change planning, leader coaching, training coordination, readiness monitoring, risk management, governance integration, and measuring adoption. The role manages multiple concurrent initiatives and supports successful implementation of new ways of working across Mission Australia.
