Manage residential construction from start to finish: schedule trades, ensure OH&S compliance, maintain quality and budgets, communicate with clients, resolve site issues, and deliver homes on time while building relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teams.

Prepare and review production drawings, manage plan amendments, ensure drafting accuracy and compliance with Victorian building regulations, NCC and Small Lot Housing Code. Work closely with stakeholders, support the AutoCAD-to-Revit transition, and contribute to drafting team improvements within a volume home builder environment.

Manage delivery of medium-density residential projects: schedule trades, ensure OH&S compliance, control quality and budgets, liaise with clients and developer partners, and deliver excellent customer service.

Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support through the build process, maintain accurate customer records, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, support the Construction team, and use internal systems and software to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Provide commercial and administrative support for a large retirement living development: maintain document control and project records; assist with variations, extensions of time and progress claims; review contracts; prepare tender and subcontractor documentation; support cost tracking, reporting and stakeholder coordination; keep spreadsheets, registers and project information accurate and available.

Manage on-site delivery of homes: schedule trades and subcontractors, ensure weekly OH&S compliance, control quality throughout construction, manage ETS budget, liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service to meet deadlines.

Maintain and improve master drawings for volume home designs, convert AutoCAD to Revit, ensure NCC 2022/SLHC/ResCode compliance, produce façade, stair and construction details, perform error checking and quality control, manage requests and prioritise master files.

Coordinate the client journey from Sales Accept to handover, acting as the central contact. Manage documentation, version control, stakeholder communication, client updates, and ensure site readiness. Proactively resolve issues and liaise with internal teams to keep build progress on track.
