Support Sales Consultants across three display homes by handling client enquiries and follow-ups, coordinating appointments, maintaining CRM records, liaising with internal teams, assisting with display homes/events and client presentations, and providing administrative support while learning estimating, design, and contracts.

Manage delivery of townhouse and medium-density residential projects from start to finish. Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers; control budgets, schedules and quality; enforce site safety/OH&S; conduct inspections and audits; liaise with developers, consultants and stakeholders; drive programs to meet milestones and settlement deadlines while providing client-focused service.

Manage on-site delivery of new homes: schedule trades, ensure OH&S compliance, maintain quality across construction stages, liaise with clients, control ETS budget, and meet project deadlines.

Coordinate and deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience through the pre-construction administration to site start. Maintain accurate data, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, support the construction team, use internal systems and software, and prioritize customer service and communication throughout the build process.

Sell dual-occupancy and multi-dwelling homes to investors and owner-occupiers. Generate leads, manage sales pipeline, guide clients through pre-construction and sales processes, liaise with internal teams, maintain CRM records, contribute to marketing, and consistently meet sales targets.

Lead and coach a team of New Home Consultants across Sherridon Homes and Soho Living to drive sales. Recruit, onboard and mentor consultants, manage CRM-driven pipelines, produce sales reports/forecasts/budgets, build developer and stakeholder relationships, contribute to marketing strategies, and ensure an industry-leading customer experience across detached and medium-density residential products.

Maintain and improve master drawings, convert AutoCAD to Revit, ensure compliance with NCC 2022, SLHC and ResCode, produce façade and stair detailing, perform error checking and quality control, manage priorities and collaborate with design and product leads.
