Prepare and review production drawings, manage plan amendments, ensure drafting accuracy and compliance with Victorian building regulations, NCC and Small Lot Housing Code. Work closely with stakeholders, support the AutoCAD-to-Revit transition, and contribute to drafting team improvements within a volume home builder environment.

Provide exceptional customer service and administrative support through the build process, maintain accurate customer records, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, support the Construction team, and use internal systems and software to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Deliver quality detached homes by managing on-site construction from start to finish: schedule trades, ensure OH&S compliance, maintain quality and deadlines, liaise with clients, and monitor ETS budget.
