The role requires at least three years of site management experience, strong communication, customer focus, teamwork, and motivation to develop into a leadership position.

Produces master planning, development design, and town planning documentation for residential projects across Victoria. Collaborates with developers, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams; prepares council submissions; assesses site conditions and service locations; coordinates site works; ensures compliance with Victorian planning and building requirements; and performs quality assurance. The role requires strong residential drafting, AutoCAD, stakeholder collaboration, documentation accuracy, and knowledge of the NCC, Victorian Building Regulations, Small Lot Housing Code, and ResCode.
