Fullstack web developer contributing to design and delivery of web apps and cloud-native services. Responsibilities include architecture decisions, DevOps (CI/CD, deployment, observability, secrets), using AI-assisted developer tools, collaborating with UX/UI, client communication, and proposing technical improvements to optimize user experience and product quality.

Designs and implements AI solutions (agentic systems, RAG, extraction/classification pipelines) from prototype to production. Ensures monitoring, cost management, security and reliability, collaborates with design/product teams, and communicates AI capabilities and limits to clients and non-technical stakeholders. Continuously evaluates new models, frameworks and tools and shares learnings with the team.

Identify and qualify high-potential accounts, maintain high-volume prospecting, document interactions in CRM, track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and represent Mirego at events to generate qualified sales opportunities for the sales team.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize product value for clients, manage product backlog, align vision and objectives, collaborate with design and clients, analyze issues and propose solutions, monitor product performance, and support decision-making and optimizations throughout the product lifecycle.
