Identifies and qualifies high-potential sales opportunities for Mirego’s digital services, prioritizes target accounts, manages prospecting activities, documents interactions in CRM, tracks KPIs, analyzes campaign performance, and represents the company at events and webinars. The role requires building trusted client relationships, understanding web and mobile ecosystems, optimizing outreach, and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

Develops full-stack web applications, cloud-native services, and backend integrations. Contributes to software architecture, UX improvements, Agile ceremonies, CI/CD, deployment, observability, and secrets management. Collaborates with UX/UI teams and clients, presents technical solutions, and promotes innovative and responsible AI-assisted development. Requires strong front-end and back-end experience, bilingual French and English communication, DevOps knowledge, software architecture expertise, autonomy, and adaptability across technology stacks.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Toronto by researching prospects, conducting email and phone outreach, managing CRM records, advancing opportunities, and analyzing prospecting performance. Build client relationships, support account growth, represent Mirego at events, and align client needs with digital services. The role requires strong sales communication, digital ecosystem knowledge, CRM and LinkedIn proficiency, market analysis skills, and at least five years of relevant experience.

Manage digital projects using Agile methodologies, supporting teams, tracking progress, budgets, timelines, scope, risks, quality, and delivery plans. Facilitate estimation, retrospectives, continuous improvement, and client communication while motivating teams and managing multiple priorities. The role also contributes to advancing Mirego’s Agile project management practice and requires strong English and French communication skills.
