Partner with backend and SRE teams, participate in on-call, document architecture, and mentor engineers.

Develop production-grade control-plane microservices, Kubernetes operators, and reconciliation engines primarily in Rust and Go. Design APIs, architectural specifications, and distributed systems integrations for datacenter networking, DPUs, and bare-metal AI infrastructure. Build integrations with network operating systems and hardware platforms, implement OpenTelemetry observability, diagnose polyglot systems, and maintain high testing standards through mock-driven development and review-gated workflows.

Deploys, integrates, operates, and optimizes high-performance NFS storage for Kubernetes, bare-metal, GPU, and AI workloads. Responsibilities include CSI integration, Linux and NFS tuning, storage lifecycle management, air-gapped deployments, infrastructure-as-code, GitOps automation, observability, and troubleshooting performance or reliability issues across hybrid and edge environments.

Build and own Go backend services for Mirantis’s multi-tenant GPU infrastructure control plane. Responsibilities include API and schema design, Temporal orchestration, event-driven service communication, IAM and authorization, Kubernetes integration, testing, observability, Docker and Helm packaging, incident debugging, code review, and mentoring. The role requires designing reliable production systems and collaborating with distributed engineering teams across multiple regions.

Own the observability vision, roadmap, backlog, and priorities for k0rdent AI’s GPU infrastructure control plane. Define integrations across GPU compute, networking, storage, DPUs, schedulers, inference systems, and databases using OpenTelemetry and Prometheus ecosystems. Translate customer and partner needs into product requirements, guide engineering trade-offs, track emerging standards, and support product marketing, field teams, customers, analysts, and ecosystem partners.

Define and operationalize reliability for a GPU-accelerated AI platform by creating SLIs, SLOs, error-budget practices, and high-quality alerting. Build APIs exposing reliability state to platform administrators, partner with infrastructure, storage, and networking teams on telemetry, and diagnose observability and performance issues across Kubernetes, bare-metal, and NVIDIA infrastructure in hybrid, edge, and air-gapped environments.

Own and grow strategic technology partnerships across AI infrastructure, cloud, and software ecosystems. Develop joint business plans, generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, support complex deals, enable sales teams, and coordinate integrations, roadmap alignment, marketing campaigns, forecasting, and executive engagement. The role requires Go, Kubernetes controller patterns, bare-metal provisioning, asynchronous systems, and experience with infrastructure technologies such as Metal3, Cluster API, and Temporal.

Own strategic technology partner relationships and develop joint business plans, go-to-market motions, co-marketing campaigns, and sales plays. Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue, and product adoption through account alignment and complex deal support.
