Owns operational health and administration across AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, and Mirantis’s webstore. Responsibilities include managing listings, private offers, pricing, entitlements, partner requirements, Jira delivery tracking, UAT, requirements documentation, system data flows, operational dashboards, order reconciliation, and SOPs. The role partners with Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success while driving process automation and marketplace reporting.

QA Interns design test plans and scenarios for server-side and web applications, support user acceptance testing, report and troubleshoot defects, verify fixes, and contribute to test reporting. The role also involves using AI assistants for test design, test data generation, documentation, troubleshooting, and analysis. Interns collaborate with developers, business analysts, system engineers, customers, and stakeholders to support quality product delivery.

Own the vision, roadmap, and feature priorities for Mirantis’s Kubernetes-as-a-Service offering for AI infrastructure providers. Translate customer and partner requirements into scalable cluster lifecycle, multi-tenancy, GPU, security, upgrade, and add-on capabilities. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, marketing, field teams, and ecosystem partners. Define positioning, packaging, competitive differentiation, technical collateral, and go-to-market strategy while supporting strategic accounts and representing the product externally.
