Provide on-site IT support at Mirantis HQ in Campbell, CA: troubleshoot hardware/software, provision devices, manage onboarding/offboarding, support conference room AV, track assets, assist executives, act as local remote-hands, and maintain documentation while collaborating with a distributed IT team.

The Principal DevOps Engineer will design and optimize infrastructures and CI/CD pipelines, mentor junior staff, and implement automation strategies. Responsibilities include managing Kubernetes clusters and collaborating with teams to ensure high performance and security.

Provide solutions architecture and technical guidance to enterprise customers for Mirantis Kubernetes Engine. Lead POCs and pilots, enable partners, develop best-practice assets, and advocate customer needs across Sales, Product, and Engineering throughout the sales and post-sales lifecycle.
