The role includes paid training toward licensure as a Hearing Care Professional and requires relationship-building, consultative selling, performance accountability, and at least two years of sales experience.

Serves as the first point of contact for hearing clinic customers, managing appointment scheduling, phone calls, walk-ins, payments, records, customer concerns, and after-care. Communicates customer information to hearing care professionals, discusses accessory options, supports hearing aid maintenance and repairs, and participates in office promotions and social media initiatives.

The role also supports walk-ins, after-care, hearing aid maintenance, accessory discussions, office promotions, and social media initiatives while delivering a positive customer experience.

Serve as the clinic's first point of contact by managing appointments, inbound/outbound calls, patient check-in and payments, updating records, resolving customer concerns, supporting hearing aid maintenance, and assisting with marketing initiatives to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
