Serves as the first customer contact in person and by phone, schedules and confirms appointments, resolves concerns, records payments, maintains office records, and communicates customer information to hearing care professionals. The role also supports walk-ins, after-care, hearing aid maintenance, accessory discussions, office promotions, and social media initiatives while delivering a positive customer experience.

Serve as the clinic's first point of contact by managing appointments, inbound/outbound calls, patient check-in and payments, updating records, resolving customer concerns, supporting hearing aid maintenance, and assisting with marketing initiatives to ensure an outstanding patient experience.

Join as a Sales Trainee to learn consultative hearing evaluations, educate patients, recommend customized hearing solutions, demonstrate devices, close sales, and provide ongoing after-care. Build long-term patient relationships through empathetic, goal-driven consultative selling and complete a paid training program leading to licensing and a career as a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist.
