Welcomes and assists patients throughout check-in and check-out, collects demographic, insurance, and payment information, schedules follow-up appointments, manages calls and messages, processes claims, scans medical documents, reconciles payments, and completes opening and closing duties. The role also requires maintaining confidentiality, providing accurate information, supporting a positive patient experience, and collaborating effectively in a fast-paced medical office.

Provide patient-centered mammography and breast ultrasound support within physician/OBGYN practices. Prepare patients, operate and QC imaging equipment, manage images and data entry, coordinate with off-site radiologists, ensure MQSA-compliant tracking, serve as EHR super user, and support administrative and practice coordination tasks.

Operate an allergy center within a partnered clinic: administer allergy tests and injections, prepare immunotherapy vials, educate and support patients, collaborate with physicians and clinic staff, and handle basic scheduling and documentation to grow the allergy service.

Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams, obtain patient history, produce high-quality images, provide preliminary findings to physicians, maintain records and equipment, use ECW and Tricefy, and participate in QA and inter-location travel as needed.

Provide comprehensive urogynecologic care including assessment and management of pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, and pelvic pain. Develop individualized treatment plans using non-surgical and surgical interventions, interpret urodynamics and imaging, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in case reviews and quality improvement, educate patients, and maintain timely, accurate documentation.

Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care including prenatal/postnatal care, deliveries, infertility evaluation, contraception, and gynecologic surgery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary integrative team, participate in case conferences and call coverage, maintain accurate documentation, mentor staff, and help develop programs to expand clinical services while supporting continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care.
