Leads nursing operations at a 100-bed inpatient psychiatric hospital. Develops facility-wide patient care programs, policies, and procedures; oversees treatment-unit services, bed management, control desk operations, nursing education, and infection control. Partners with executive and clinical leaders to monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve quality, efficiency, cultural competence, and patient care outcomes.

Provides licensed practical nursing care within Minnesota’s LPN scope of practice to Veterans and qualified spouses with cognitive, physical, mental health, and co-occurring conditions. Works with an interdisciplinary team to promote resident health, safety, and well-being. This is an as-needed, on-call position with variable day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
