Manage end-to-end recruiting from sourcing through offers across product, technical, and marketing roles. Partner with hiring managers, proactively source candidates, track recruiting funnel analytics, forecast hiring timelines, and build scalable hiring processes in a fast-growing remote-first product company.

Build and develop Mindly’s mental-health marketplace across the full product lifecycle, from identifying user problems through production launch. Collaborate with product leaders and the CEO to shape solutions, create AI-powered experiences, use AI-native development practices, and deliver scalable software. The role requires strong product thinking, user empathy, independent execution, and full-stack development using React, Node.js, TypeScript, cloud services, and databases.

Own and evolve Mindly’s marketing automation infrastructure, including Airtable, GCP, GitHub, and AI-assisted workflows. Build and optimize data flows across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other advertising platforms. Automate marketing and creative-production processes, reduce manual work, analyze operational bottlenecks, and collaborate with marketing, design, product marketing, and engineering teams on scalable solutions.

Own the end-to-end growth funnel strategy, including acquisition channels, landing pages, onboarding, experimentation, and prioritization. Lead A/B testing, market research, and go-to-market strategy across new and existing markets. Build and ship funnels and experiments hands-on, analyze funnel performance using analytics tools, collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Marketing, and mentor or manage future growth hires.

Create AI-generated video and static performance ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid social channels. Develop content hypotheses, research competitors and trends, test hooks and storytelling formats, analyze metrics, and iterate creatives using performance data. Collaborate with Growth and Performance Marketing teams while using AI image and video tools to produce ad variations at scale.

Lead growth-focused product marketing: build and optimize funnels and landing pages, run A/B tests and experiments, analyze funnel metrics, research markets, support GTM and scaling, and collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams.

Create short- and long-form AI-generated educational and entertainment content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Rapidly test content hypotheses, analyze performance, research trends and competitors, and iterate on hooks, storytelling, and editing. Collaborate with the product team and continually experiment with AI image/video generation and editing tools.

Manage and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. Design and run experiments on creatives and audiences, analyze campaign performance, collaborate with product and analytics to assess traffic quality, research competitors and new channels, and iterate to improve KPIs.

Lead development, testing, and scaling of creative concepts across paid social (Meta, TikTok). Run creative/competitive analysis, analyze ad performance (CTR, CPA, CPM, ROAS), brief designers, iterate on winning tests, and collaborate with product, analytics, and content teams to grow acquisition and funnels.
